During my period as an intern at Apoio Ideia 2001, I performed several essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth running of the company. One of my main responsibilities was to conduct technical training for new companies or newly arrived employees, ensuring they were prepared to use our products effectively.

Additionally, I took on a key role in customer service, offering support in Portuguese and Spanish. My goal was to resolve your queries and troubleshoot problems to ensure a positive experience with our product.

On a daily basis, I also identified bugs in our system and prepared detailed reports about them. This thorough analysis allowed our team to make internal improvements and necessary corrections, keeping the quality of our services constantly evolving.

My experience as an intern at Apoio Ideia 2001 was enriching and challenging, contributing significantly to my professional development and the success of the company.

During my journey at ByteDance, I have taken on a multi-faceted role, performing a variety of crucial functions to ensure operational excellence and user satisfaction. My work included content moderation on the platform, where I dedicated myself to ensuring compliance with company policies, prioritizing the integrity and security of users.

Additionally, I took on the role of Backup Advisor, providing support to the team in internal processes and mentoring colleagues for individual and collective growth, being recognized for this with the SpotBonus Award. My commitment to development and improvement was also reflected in the design and implementation of internal projects.

Using techniques learned during my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I developed initiatives focused on inclusion, organization, optimization and correction. These projects were fundamental to improving the efficiency and quality of the company's internal processes. One of the highlights of my work was the creation of a project with a corporate flowchart, which carefully considered internal processes, risk analyzes and interests. This project, which achieved an impeccable 100% result, demonstrated my ability to deliver with transparency and excellence, easily adapting to the constantly evolving demands of Globalization 4.0. Furthermore, I constantly sought to improve our operations through the application of the Lean Six Sigma concept. By analyzing and improving our set of tools, I sought to achieve Operational Excellence in all areas of the company, ensuring efficiency and quality in every aspect of our work.
